Richard D. Wagner PE
Principal & Senior MEPFP Engineer
Mr. Wagner's body of work includes all aspects of the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire Protection-Detection Engineering Profession in all building venues. Each project starts with coordination of all stakeholders, MEPFP system selection and design, analysis of and integration into the building design, managing and conducting intensive surveys, related reports and energy life cycle analysis for all MEPFP. This is followed by recommendations with accurate cost estimates, project management of all contract documents from their inception carried through construction administration and final closeout. He has successfully completed over 1200 MEPFP projects in his career to date. Resume

Paul Semanik
Senior Project Architect
Mr. Semanik brings over 30-years of architectural experience working with the MEPFP Department for all projects for Schools, Housing Authorities, State Government, the United States Postal Service and private clients. He has been successfully and intrinsically involved with and completed over 1000 MEPFP projects in his career to date. Resume

Ioan Moldovan
Senior Electrical Designer
Mr. Moldovan brings over 25-years of creative MEPFP and environmental engineering experience to projects for Schools, Transit Authorities, Housing Authorities, State Government, the United States Postal Service and private clients. An expert at Micro-Station and AutoCAD with Building Systems, Ioan continually upgrades the entire LAN system and all software. He has successfully in our office completed over 100 MEPFP designs. Evan W. Graves, EIT
Senior Mechanical Designer
Evan is an integral member of the MEPFP department handling complex field and design responsibilities in projects up to $ 3,000,000 in size. We expect even greater accomplishments from him as he grows in his knowledge of building engineering and design. He will be able to apply for his Professional Engineer examination in the spring of 2009. He has recently completed the Trane AC accreditation course. Resume

Mike Wagner
CADD & Mechanical Designer
Mike brings us excellent communication skills, drafting and graphic design abilities. He has also embraced the energy engineering field and has made significant contributions to the creation of energy reports from archival retrieval of manufacturers existing data bases. This manufacturer data base information is key to determining the existing equipment energy use and coupled with the utility bills for two years provides accurate comparisons to new equipment selections. CADD & Mechanical Designer
Ryan is a recent addition who has taken to the company's energy projects and is absorbing every part of them. His background in engineering, structural and architectural serves him well as building energy projects require all of these skill sets.
